    Great Culture and Teamwork

    ProsThe culture of the hospital is one of the best in Philadelphia. The nurses really do care about their patients and it seems more than just a paycheck.
    Benefits are very nice.
    Nurse/Doctor relationship is good.

    ConsThey do not hire many support staff for RN. Majority of the time RNs have a patient assignment up to 7 patients without a CNA/Tech assisting them.

    ConsSalary levels were a little low.
    Staff felt empowered to make change but need continued training to cultivate this innovative thinking.
