    Pros

Finally getting on track to get all stores on "same page". Current store manager has begun to build on employees strengths instead of allowing one know-it-all to "run the show".

    Cons

Not much opportunity for advancement. In the past, many excuses for no raises. Promises made by district management but not kept.

    Advice to Management

Don't "blow smoke" and give empty promises. Be forthright. You will be more trusted and admired for doing so. Continue to find and build upon current employee strengths.Make employees feel appreciated. Don't allow bullying.

    Pros

    Pros

It's better than not having a job. The employees are the reason I go to work.

    Cons

No advancement. Everyone is unhappy and quietly complaining. Health benefits are terrible with high deductible. Sales force inept. No communication which leads to a high error ratio.

    Advice to Management

Quit lining your own pockets and recognize the work force.

    Pros

    good for a stepping stone

    Cons

This company does not care about it's employees. They don't believe in getting better equipment so that one can do their job. At one time they used chemicals that made employees feel high and dizzy.

    Advice to Management

Employees are the back bone of a successful company. It seems that all this company cares about is filling their pockets. And hire knowledgeable people to run the place, not just because they are a friend.

    Pros

The job tends to be fast paced and varied. If you like being on the move, so to speak, this is a plus.

    Cons

Company's leadership and upper management lack direction and they implement new policies in a haphazard, rushed manner with little preparation for the grunts on the shop floor. The benefits are okay at best, with a high-deductible health policy that makes one scratch their head about whether they truly have coverage or not. No actual pay raises among employees and little respect for work/life balance. Bad environment all around.

    Pros

Only one, it is better than no job at all.

    Cons

Low salaries, schizophrenic management, no support, lack of industry commitment to professional organizations, very high expectations without competitive basis, micro-management and lack of authority to do the job. Sales people sell, production people turn down the work - a literal exercise in futility.

    Advice to Management

Take management training. Quit thinking of your own pockets only. Live your religious beliefs out in your business, not only in church on Sunday.

    Pros

The company pays extremely well, provides great benefits and is fair to all. I spent 10 years as a CAD Operator/KeyOp. I honestly miss my co-workers and manager.

    Cons

The only con I can think of is the nature of the business..you might think your day is done and 5 minutes later you are working another 3 hours.

    Advice to Management

Nothing really, I can only speak for those of us in Arizona...and things were good.
