    Leadership, would see lot of Relatives and Old friends been hired here quite often.

    Stop hiring employees through Red Channel(Relatives or Friends). almost 90% of positions are been filled internally in this way. Which doesn't bring new talents to be organization and lacks authority.

    great work life balance. managers are very flexible about work timings and work from option. great CSR and very open culture.

    Cons

    not very competitive salary package just below market average. also some managers are stuck from decades and makes it hard for people to climb the ladder as not many new projects keep coming.
