    There are lot of pros :
    1. Good technologies to work with
    2. Excellent challenging work environment wit full of opportunities
    3. Good work life balance
    4. Managers give good importance to employee's growth and nominate for trainings as well
    5. Work from home option based on need
    6. Flexible work timings
    7. Short term onsite to USA - based on the need

    Cons

    1. No transport for general shift
    2. Slightly less salary than market value
    3. If money is not your priority, then this is the best company to join as there are lot of other benefits as explained above

    Management is doing good. Good management by managers. Just take care of the salaries which the current market is providing to retain employees.
