Interesting work most of the time
    Work from home when required
    Time off when needed
    Colleagues are sound
    Good people stick around

Running out of opportunities to grow
Derisory pay rise if you aren't a favoured employee
Hard to find opportunities/promotions - all the senior people have been here for donkeys years and there's no space at the top
    Very London centric

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I get the feeling the people that aren't at the top are starting to get itchy feet. I've noticed a few people whispering in to their phones discreetly recently.
