I worked at Thomson full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Don't really have anything good to talk about them, the company provides the cheapest of cabs for pickup and drop, the subtitle team was scrapped within a week, no ethics and show of moral conduct within team members on the floor. The Assistant managers shout on junior members for work and leaves applied.
Most Horrible experience ever faced! Rather stay jobless than joining here.

    Cons

One of the worst decisions i made in my life.
Many promises were made and none were kept by the immediate management.
Employees were treated like bonded laborers, all creational activities were reprimanded and stored away to prevent them from getting off their desks.
No Work ethics. Lots of nepotism and regional influences is present across all verticals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

For god sake, get people from diverse background and give some considerable work to the team members.

I worked at Thomson full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

In late 90 and early 2000, under leadership of Thierry Breton, Frank D, Joe Clayton, Jim Meyer, Dave Spomer, Enrique Rodriquez, Tim Saeger, it was a terrific place to make a new business difference. Our french CEO was a true global leader who lead in the transformation of a high performance organization leading to our success IPO. Thanks to IPO and our continued performance, I was able to put three kids through college. Great years and friendships.

    Cons

With change of top leadership, the culture dramatically changed from a growth oriented global organization to a french centric vision and cost cutting organization.
