Change Occurs at a Dramitic Pace (for those that are not Entreprenurial-Minded, this leads to Stress)
High Profile Company with High Expectations of Team Members--you had better bring your "A Game" every day or you will not fir in with the culture
People Love it Here or Hate it, nothing in between

Good place to get experience but save your pennies

Content Sales Representative (Current Employee) Denver, CO

ProsYoung company, generally nice group of people. You get to work with high profile media buyers, very good medical package

ConsLow compensation, no commission, team goals almost unattainable. CSRs are deemed as disposable. You're often forced to pass up deals to managers without warrant.

Advice to Senior ManagementEither create compensation package to encourage hard work or up base pay. Either pay CSRs like saleswomen or call it a customer service role.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
