I worked at Three Streams Engineering full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Flexible hours and benefits. Location is great if you don't want to work downtown.

    Cons

Lead Manager-not qualified,no leadership. Department run poorly with no direction and so you are forever making adjustments to correct work, because they're not sure. Very frustrating!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You're only as good as the people you have working for you. Listen to your people. Walk a mile in their shoes. Re-evaluate your Leads, are they representing the core-values or are they looking out for themselves.
