Former Employee – worked at Three Village Central School District
Pros – Talented, enthusiastic staff make this a great place to work
Cons – The class sizes are large due to budget constraints. Class size has grown over the past few years. Lack of growth is state aid has been a problem.
Advice to Senior Management – Perhaps some trade offs need to be made to keep class size smaller. Less essential services could be trimmed or eliminated.

“Overhyped district that doesn't pay its employees fair wages”
Current Employee – been working at Three Village Central School District
Pros – If you can't get a job anywhere else, this will do.
Cons – The wages, the lack of respect, the incompetent management, to name a few.
Advice to Senior Management – Thanks for nothing!
