Pros – The students that go there are from all over the world and there is so much to learn from their global experiences.

Cons – There is a distinct lack of appreciation for diversity despite that being the main product and value prop for the organization. A majority of the staff are extremely ethnocentric and simple tolerate diversity rather than integrate and appreciate it

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to work on improving the culture of the institution and making a great product that everyone can be proud of.
