    Pros

4 on, 4 off work rotation. Not much overtime. Great Work/Life Balance. Comparable salary. Brand new facility and equipment.Good health benefits.

    Cons

Disorganization. Human Resources has been a disaster to this point. Lack of policies and procedures in place to enforce with the workforce. Not much room for advancement to being a start up company. Below average retirement plan. Plant is out in the middle of nowhere so there is a long commute to work.

    Pros

Great family atmosphere, very cognizant of family priorities. Management is very open and willing to talk, all the way up to a CEO position. Highly paid positions, great benefits. Communication is very important to TK, along with employee involvement. There are no offices at TK, all employees are in cubicles.

    Cons

No close location to live in an "upscale" community.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Low vacation time compared to other employers.

I have been working at ThyssenKrupp Steel full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Located in the beautiful city of Nasik (cheap living and best weather).
    Lots of opportunities to learn
    Friendly people

    Cons

    Poor salary structure
    Unable to retain qualified employees
    Outdated machinery

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please concentrate and be aggressive in Marketing so as to bring more business. Stop giving reasons that market condition is bad and there is less demand for Electrical Steel. Many new companies are setting same plants (JSW/POSCO) which indicate good demand!!
