the best company I ever worked for

Truck Driver (Former Employee) Northwood, OH

Prosthey took care of their equipment and took care of their employees benefit at that time were great but this could have changed with the currant economy

Conscompany needs to like at promoting more from within like looking at driver who go beyond job parameters and give more to those that go the extra mile drivers that have been laid off due to economical reasons that would like to come back should be looked at if they are eligible for rehire

Advice to Senior Managementdrivers that have been laid off due to economical reasons that would like to come back should be looked at if they are eligible for rehire

Overall a good company to work for, still dealing with growing pains.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Calvert, AL

ProsVery fair treatment by management. Good benefits package. Competitive salaries. Business continues to increase.

ConsA few years in production and still trying to get organized. Human resource dept struggles with getting it all together. A startup this large with so many new employees in such a short time is a huge undertaking.
The company has been on the market for sale and this causes an unstable atmosphere.

Advice to Senior ManagementSettle the turmoils with constant policy changes for employees, give workers a chance to focus on their work.

    Absolutely no structure or direction

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsSalary is competitive. Lots of good people that are not management.

ConsLack of structure. A lot of discrimination against the American workforce, by that the German colleagues are given management opportunities, more vacation, and better salaries. The CEO and VPs are "absentee landlords". No accountability anywhere.

Advice to Senior ManagementWake up, you have failed. It wasn't "ore prices" as the reason for the sale of the company, it was the very poor management of the project.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
