Poor leadership within management, all account managers are micromanaged and not trusted.
Advice to Senior Management
No exit interview done nor does the management care to hear.
Pros
Excellent work / life balance, good benefits, fair treatment of female employees, lower-level managers extremely knowledgeable and generally concerned for the overall well-being of their employees.
Cons
Ticor Title Insurance is owned by Fidelity, which has control over operations. Therefore, even if Ticor does well, it doesn't matter unless Fidelity does too.
Advice to Senior Management
Ticor Title could improve by promoting from within, and hiring more experienced operations personnel. Mid-level managers should possess a good balance of technical knowledge and leadership ability.
