Friendly Environment to work in. Relaxed work atmosphere if you are fast at what you do, be it Minding the Cash, Food Prepartion or Baking.
Cons
Sometimes the work can be overwhelming due to the increase in the number of customers during the peak hours of operations.
Advice to Senior Management
A main concern for this job is that the pay is very minimal, if it is so, at least benefits should be included. At least Medical should be covered.
