    Pros

    You have the potential to make a lot of money with no cap, easy to follow sales process, and great benefits

    Cons

    High expectations, poor training, and you can expect to have someone listening to your calls and looking over your shoulder 24/7. If you don't meet goals you get written up.

    Advice to Management

    The advice I would offer would be to tighten up on training. Different trainers would say opposite things and make it confusing for employees to know what's right and what's wrong.

    Pros

    Good benefits, lots of overtime opportunity, cafeteria in the building, great co-workers

    Cons

    Customer base is difficult to work with at times, taking billing calls can lead to a lot of escalations, there is not currently company wide uniformity making it hard when customers hear multiple stories, vendor sites not giving quality service which frustrates customers and co-workers alike.

    Great people, great benefits. Great start to get promoted.

    Cons

    Horrible hours, not great pay because of benefits, lots of management who micro manage.

    We are adults...you hired us, let us work!

    Pros

    -Meet some great people -Make some good money -Low cost cable TV and internet (used to be free but no longer is) -Excellent Health Insurance

    Cons

    -Extreme Micromanagement -Managerial laziness, incompetence, dishonesty, apathy and arrogance -Employees on the phones are regarded as expendable peons -VERY high turnover rate -You WILL either quit due to burn out or be fired -Most incoming callers aren't calling for sales-related reasons -Different answers from different managers -"Things will change" is an excuse for disorganization and ineptitude -DRACONIAN attendance policy, you are penalized for being ill -Inhuman treatment of employees -Payout of commissions isn't accurate, and you must "dispute" sales that get stolen by others -No time clocks, you are only paid once you log-in to the phone system, so you are cheated out of easily 10-15 minutes a day of your time.

    Is possible to make descent money.

    Poor coordination between departments. Constant changes in policy, quotas and expectations. Very stressful environment

    Pros

    great benefits, aggressive pay, great perks, free cable. lots of paid time off, easy to accrue paid sick time. as well as many different, flexible schedules are available.

    Cons

    sometimes as a tech its very hard to get lunch breaks, as well as you some times have to hold your bath room breaks for nearly an entire work day. it can be very nerve racking if you get to homes late, even if this is completely out of you control.

    Pros

    The benefits are good and you can earn a steady check but be prepared to use your own car and gas.

    Cons

    Poor management. They do not encourage but rather use negative reinforcement. You are on call via email and phone constantly (7 days a week and holidays/all hours). There is no job security because the more you do, the more you must continue to do and the shelf life of success is measured in seconds.

    Advice to Management

    Try and embrace the good, hard working employees that work with the public each day. They are the face of Time Warner and they care. Customer retention should be addressed as well. The public and employees are tired of hearing ..."only available for new....".
