Pros
Being a smaller company, the atmosphere at Timex Canada feels warm and friendly. Everyone gets along and is willing to help. We have great benefits with a health spending account and a pension plan.
Timex Canada also takes care of others. We have over 30 foster children - some sponsored by employees and some by the company. We are always fundraising for other worthy causes by hosting fun events.
Cons
In a smaller company there are not as many opportunities to be promoted to higher level jobs.

Inspirational CEO
Generally friendly colleagues, especially ex-US
Cons
Horrible Board -- vindictive and political -- far too much in-fighting among family members
Advice to Senior Management
Allow the CEO to deliver on the charter he was asked to fulfill and not use him as a scapegoat for decisions taken prior to his appointment.

Quit and promote the person under you because we all know they are doing your job and getting paid pennies to do it.
