Very long hours and hard work for a lot of stress

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsGreat experience for anyone interested in media sales and operations. Low turnover for support and operations teams.

ConsLow pay and even lower bonuses for support and operations staff. Account executives are overly demanding and can be downright abusive towards their sales coordinators. Female account executives and coordinators are hired based on looks and not qualifications. A very unhealthy work environment overall.

Advice to Senior ManagementFoster a more collaborative environment.

Non-Sales Role (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsLots of motivated people who know the industry. Upper Management is always available. Nice little perks (tons of k-cup varieties, monthly breakfast, yearly bonuses, charity events) They will help you learn what interests you and you get a chance to be involved in a lot of different things.

Hard work is completely ignored when working for idiots

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsDecent advertising experience if you are willing to work hard.
    Good holiday time off
    Casual Fridays

ConsManagement is clueless and does not handle problems, only brushes them under the rug. Too much manager turnover. Only a select few are favored, the rest are ignored. Support staff is completely undervalued and unappreciated, leading to horrible office moral. Little to no room for advancement. Too much unnecessary stress!

Advice to Senior ManagementStop being so concerned with your own profits and reward the hard working employees before they all leave.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
