    Pros

    There is room for growth.

    I worked at Tod's

    Pros

    Some of the best reasons were the opportunities to work so closely with the wholesale team.

    Cons

    I wish my internship dates included a market season to help with.

  3.

    True luxury in every sense of the word.

    I worked at Tod's full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Amazing benefits, they pay for 100% of your health insurance, uniforms, 4 pairs of shoes a year, dry cleaning etc. They have amazing hours, very few nights to stay after 7 PM. They are closed on every little holiday, such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc. Amazing clients.

    Cons

    Slow to change. Slow shipments. Slow communication.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Realize that when you sell a woman two bags a year for 4 years, there may be a year when she has to "cheat" on you with another brand. There is not that much Tod's product, so sometimes it is difficult to sell.

    I have been working at Tod's as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

    You get to work with experienced, intelligent, and amazing people. The environment is great. The office is very family like.

    Cons

    The pay isn't that good for intern but at least they give you something though.

    Too much politics and personal relationships within the Top management

    I have been working at Tod's full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Give opportunities to young people

    Cons

    Salary are generally below average;
    Career growth is more relationship than merit related;
    New ideas and innovation often encounter not well motivated resistance

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The Top management has to be renewed and the family need to take a step back and act as a shareholder, not interfering with the day by day as it happens now. Give more space to a merit related culture instead of the current emphasis on loyalty and good relationships with the CEO.

    I worked at Tod's full-time

    Pros

    Glamourous products - for the one who can afford them. Shiny surface.

    Cons

    Lack of accountability, chaotic environment, unhuman treatment. No work-life balance, no respect for privat life and privat appointments (in your free time).
    I met here authorities who throw orders, but unfortunately no leaders who inspire and motivate. No recognition of performance. Nonetheless; frustrated colleagues and therefore, big fluctuation.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
