Pros
Excellent salaries and benefits for average people, regardless of their performance, before the disaster hit the company's operations March 2011.
Cons
Heavy downsizing expected beginning Autumn 2011. No more heaven for average people. Due to heavy salary cuts, compensation is no longer good.
Advice to Senior Management
Now's the time to redesign the company from scratch. Take it as an opportunity. It has been slow to adapt to the liberalization that began 2000.
