  • The best part of working there was project reviews, when we had the opportunity to speak directly with senior management (in 5 reviews)

  • The upper management here is quick to pass the blame and hire managers who do not have any experience in the field and have questionable judgment (in 7 reviews)

    Pros

    You are in the field, working with the parent company, Toll Brothers.

    Cons

    TBI Mortgage's upper management is run by sadists, only worried about their own jobs. Felt like area reviews were meant to break down and humiliate instead of looking for good ideas. No input on the people working under you, but you are judged on their performance. No concept of it is like to work in the field. Horrible experience, don't ever work there. You will need to start taking anti depressants or Xanax every day.

    Advice to Management

    Toll Brothers management should take a hard look at TBI CEO and his minions.

    Pros

    Great support from other sales team members. Beautiful homes, fun atmosphere, great upper-management, nice opportunity to work for some of the best sales people.

    Cons

    Project Managemers are given too much control over the sales office. I was ripped-off on commission at least once.

    Sales staff needs direct and open communication with upper-management.
