    Good Learning Poor Management

    ProsIts a good job for someone new in the business as the requirements for employment are not to high.

    ConsPoor management, they over work you, impossible to advance

    ProsCompany vehicle, laptop & phone. You get a check every other week and work alone most of the time.

    ConsNo time for personal life. Absolutely no room for advancement. You have to give up so much personal time that it is not worth it.

    Tolt is a great company but Quantity over Quality causes customers and team members to suffer.

    ProsDecent pay, great team player mentality among employees, clean work environment and overall not a terrible place to work.

    ConsHigher Management seems to be more interested in #'s on a piece of paper rather than how the total System works and it's ability to perform. As a consequence there is a disconnect between expectations are and the actual ability of the team to provide the customer with a clean and solid product on time. Basically productivity over quality.
     No advancement with in the company.
     Employees don't feel valued at all In reference to there work or contributions to the overall quality and flow of the work environment.
    Pay increase almost non existent.

    Advice to Senior ManagementNeeds to Work on communication and organize quality over quantity importance. If the customer is that important the you would expect there goal to deliver a solid product every time on time.

    OOPs, I thought they had great ideas, BUT

    ProsAll the usual reasons for field techs. Vehicle, and the tools to do the work.

    ConsOMG here comes the take over. Looks like some college kids with daddies money need some toys to play with.

    Micro management that has no experience in the field.

    Technical abilities and customer satisfaction means nothing if you don't make the numbers and don't have the necessary administrative skills.

    Advice to Senior ManagementAs if they would read this?!
    Maybe I am a dinosaur or Prima donna. But Walmart greeters get more respect.

    Just looking for a way out

    24/7 but no overtime

    Company provided van and gas card
    Company provided laptop and phone
    I can not think of much more.

    ConsYou are on call 24/7. If your co-worker does not take his calls, you are called in the middle of the night. Good parts are few and far between. Management takes on new contracts and then does not have the money to supply enough parts. Upper management is more interested in micro management then fixing the real issues. If you can find another job, I would suggest it. No upper mobility. Extremely expensive benefits. No 401k match.

    Advice to Senior ManagementTry putting some employees that actually have worked in the field in management positions and know what it takes to get the job done instead of kids of former companies that you bought out.

    I did enjoy the work and the customers. I made some good friends too.

    ConsAsked to do work but no overtime. Large number of defective parts come from depot.
