    Pros

    Its a good job for someone new in the business as the requirements for employment are not to high.

    Cons

    Poor management, they over work you, impossible to advance

    Pros

    There aren't any! If you want to be an escape goat and be on call without compensation Tolt is the place.

    Cons

    Management is a joke! No idea how to support technicians in the field. Parts to be used as replacement need to be replaced. Nothing like showing up to resolve customers issue, with faulty parts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Grow up! Treat your employees like they matter. l would suggest better training, however management is not qualified to train anyone. They only knows how to pass the buck. Get A Clue! Don't waste your time seeking a career with Tolt! You would be better off working for MacDonalds.

    Pay check cashed every two weeks.

    Cons

    The company is horrible to work for. When you have problems they are ignored, when HR is involved for discrimination charges they drop those as well.

    Pros

    Not recognized for the skills you have but recieve a check every week for only 40hrs.

    Cons

    Training ,tools,parts. nonexistent. Favortism throughout the company. More concern about rate even if yu don't have the proper training,parts,tools,soldering tools to do the job sufficiently.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    No personal growth due to lack of training,tools, show favortism to certain employees. Make promises about getting hired but only want contract to go though the cyle because they don't want to spend money to hire or for that fact anything to make the job easier.

    too much work, too many things to master, screwed up mgmt. organazation

    treat your techs better, have a direct communication channel to NC mgmt. staff, stop micro-managing your people

    Pros

    Company vehicle, laptop & phone. You get a check every other week and work alone most of the time.

    Cons

    No time for personal life. Absolutely no room for advancement. You have to give up so much personal time that it is not worth it.

    Tolt is a great company but Quantity over Quality causes customers and team members to suffer.

    Pros

    Decent pay, great team player mentality among employees, clean work environment and overall not a terrible place to work.

    Cons

    Higher Management seems to be more interested in #'s on a piece of paper rather than how the total System works and it's ability to perform. As a consequence there is a disconnect between expectations are and the actual ability of the team to provide the customer with a clean and solid product on time. Basically productivity over quality.
     No advancement with in the company.
     Employees don't feel valued at all In reference to there work or contributions to the overall quality and flow of the work environment.
    Pay increase almost non existent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Needs to Work on communication and organize quality over quantity importance. If the customer is that important the you would expect there goal to deliver a solid product every time on time.
