    Tommy Hilfiger Former Store Manager:   (Past Employee - 2007)

    Pros

    Clothing discount was great! Promoted quickly (but due to high turnover)

    Cons

    Distance between stores does not allow team effort of entire district. Upper management did not visit enough to provide feedback.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Visit stores more. Allow time for constructive mentoring of their staff.
