    Pros

Co workers are amazing and it's a fun environment to work in. The benefits are good and also opportunity for employees to grow within the company. Training courses are available to keep up to date as to what's new in company standards. Team building is important to the company and charity is a huge plus as PVH is about giving back.

    Cons

The pay isn't as competitive as other companies, the hours are stressful as any retailer, the standards at Tommy are much more intense than any other company I've worked for but it teaches you and grows you for other opportunity that may come your way

    Advice to Management

People need to be offered more money or the good ones will leave because the workload is intense.

The customers and co-workers were great to work with. They helped create a very friendly work environment.

Members of management were very strict and it was almost impossible to get promoted or a well-deserved raise.

    Advice to Management

Managers should stop using favoritism, other sales associates need hours and recognition as well.

The only benefits are decent pay and Awesome vacation and sick day benefits

    Cons

Management is lazy and take advantage of their power, corporate doesn't do anything about the lazy management even when told by multiple customers and employees how awful they are.

    Pros

Diverse customer base. Never a "boring" day at work. 40% discount plus whatever sales they have at the moment.

    Cons

Hours are horrible...my closing shift was (6pm-3am) and managers wouldn't change it even though I was in school. They also hire almost anyone, environment is far from professional.

    Pros

Great 40% discount addition to the promos.

    Cons

Low wages for all employees except st and co manager. Usually tends to hace all employees at minimum wage and give 20-25 cents raise a year. Floor sups start around 12 an hour and assistand manager at 17. Base management overall and usually get out late like at 1 am.

    Advice to Management

Give employees motivation by paying them at least more than minimum wage and good raises. Lear how to structure the days scheduled evenly amd make them be off on weekend by rotating schedules.
