    Pros

If you'd like unparalleled access to top management TONI&GUY is the place for you. Leadership is extremely active and hardworking. There is a great work life balance, which is uncommon in an age where you're typically required to be on call 24/7.
    Bonus Perks:
TONI&GUY offers stunning workspaces which has actually helped relive stress.
    Female Leadership

    Cons

it is extremely important to have a solid foundation in your field before beginning a career at TONI&GUY. Guidance and training is readily available, but you should be ready to contribute to the team from day one. If you are a recent college graduate, consider interning with this company before you apply for a position.

    Pros

Great Networking! Everyone wants a cute haircut and color, so they go to one of the most famous names out there. Coworkers were nice and the potential to move up is definitely there if you make the effort

    Cons

Loads of drama. Too many managers for too few employees. We had five managers for a staff of 20 (including them) and that was so excessive.

    Pros

Aside from the free haircuts, product discounts, and other employee benefits, Toni and Guy is a great place to work for. Employees are genuinely cared for and trained well. A lot is expected of us, but when you're working for the best hair company in the world... that's understandable. Finally, I have a job that challenges me, teaches me new things about working & myself; a job that I'm grateful to have be given.

    Cons

As a receptionist, for doing all that we do, it seems like we should be paid more.

    Advice to Management

I think they're doing a great job in keeping everybody educated and informed. Very hands-on; very needed.

  7. Great Education, not enough pay.

    Advice to Management

Hire a maid crew to come in and deep clean the salon at least once a month. Stop being cheap.

    Pros

I worked for almost 3 years at one of the Central London salons as a Receptionist. I loved my team, and the free haircuts and modelling for senior staff members. I was lucky to work with our area manager and regional manager and also the CEO, which was an honour. The people I met at Toni and Guy are all amazing, including customers.

    Cons

Little or no promotion opportunity as a receptionist

    Pros

They were always flexible with my schedule as I was a student at the time and the environment was always positive.

    Cons

I had to quite after they asked me to relocate to a location that was not worth the commute for the pay.
