Pros
It is an extremely fun and fastpaced atmosphere. If you are good at your job you can move up in a store very quickly. The company is on pace to be very successful.
Cons
There is very little I dislike about Toppers Pizza. I love working there and it is almost a priveledge to be let into the Toppers family.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep up the good work. The best part about the management is how close they become to all of the employees while still being able to manage.
Pros
Reason for working for Toppers:
- Job was relatively simple
- Staff were reasonably friendly with each other and there was no discrimination
- Franchise owner was very friendly and himself very passionate about pizza
- Training was reasonably sufficient given the task at hand
- Workplace safety was in a word, excellent; very strict measures are taken in terms of safety
- There is a very strong emphasis on sanitation that I agree with
- Emphasis on delivering a very strong product for the end customer was very strong
- Management actually cared about the quality of work; not just quantity\
- Environment was generally quite casual and easy to work in
Cons
Disadvantages:
- Very repetitive tasks (expected I suppose in any pizza store)
- Often there was poor communication between the management, leading to contradictory instructions
Advice to Senior Management
Work on improving communication and ensure that contradictory instructions are not delivered to the employees.
