    Pros

Good discount, nice managers, good people, fun activities, good customer service, learning experience, helpful people, long lunch breaks and promotions.

    Cons

Very long hours, unorganized, too focused on money and daily goals, not enough pay, no raises, no help with coverage and sometimes too hectic

    Advice to Management

Focus more on customer service, welcome new people with kindness more often, offer promotions and raises to the employees, more coverage

    Pros

Great UK based retailer that understands the importance of a work/life balance. It isn't often that companies reward PT employees with paid time off and the staff discount is great!

    Cons

Was a bit reminiscent of high school with it's popularity contests. Something I never participated in and honestly, the clothes are cheap and overpriced.

    Advice to Management

Reward based on productivity and ideas, not who is known as the "cool" person in the store. My overall experience was positive...cool people, cool environment, and a definitely cool vibe.

    Pros

Discount, freedom to dress how you want and inspire others, possibly the location and AMAZING EMPLOYEES

    Cons

Upper management, horrible HR, lack of coverage, lack of hours, no REAL room for growth

    Advice to Management

GROW UP! How many times did things happen and it would be spread throughout the entire store. Ask yourself how many times you reached out to associates looking for them to grow.

    Pros

Fun place, great clothes, if you work hard there is a system to move up and to other departments.

    Cons

Hiring standards are very slack and a lot of people take advantage of the chill atmosphere as a way to not work.

    Advice to Management

Being strict with problem employes is okay!

    Pros

    Cute clothes and decent discount

    Cons

Terrible management. One team lead is basically a bully. Terrible hours. Hard to go up in the company.

    Advice to Management

    Get it together

    Pros

-Great, well-known name -Decent employee discount on merchandise -Networking comes with the clientele

    Cons

-No hours -Very low growth opportunity -"All talk, No walk" -Paid too little for too much -Very high turnover rate

    Advice to Management

In order to create a dedicated staff that is worthwhile, you must put an effort into growing them. A plant will not grow without sun or water; the same applies to any employee in any career field. The turnover rate may not be so high if the staff saw a positive image of management (one that puts a high level of effort, maybe?).

    Pros

Fun environment, good pay. For my first four years working with the brand I loved it, down to a fantastic store. Great incentives for teams to win benefits for the store.

    Cons

Management were extremely disorganised. No standardisation in the company- worked in 2 different stores and found it very difficult to adapt. Too much emphasis on "the cool girl".
