    Pros

Great people, nice to work outside in the summer, comfortable working pace

    Cons

Very disorganized, awful management, has no appreciation for people at the bottom

    Advice to Management

Better communication is needed between the people doing the work and the people assigning the work. Less money should be spent on pointless things. (i.e. expensive phones and GPS)

  7. Satisfying.

I have been working at Toronto District School Board

    Pros

Big, urban school board. Lots of different roles available. . It's hard to get in, but once you're in, it's a good job.

    Cons

Not a very proactive or progressive school board. Not a lot of training. Not a lot of options to move around.

    Advice to Management

Don't change all the policies all the time. Figure out what works and support it. New is not always better

    Pros

Chill environment. It's only a summer job. I just want access to other salary information and they're making me have to write a review.

    Cons

None that I can think of. It's a government job, so work is not that stressful. And again I'm only a summer student.

    Advice to Management
