Former Employee – worked at Tory Burch
Pros – Clothing allowance, store discount, good pay. Store is often busy so there is never a dull moment.
Cons – There is bonus or incentive program for exceeding goals like many stores have. Store became more coporate lost its boutique feeling. Lack of leadership and management.

Former Employee – worked at Tory Burch
Pros – Great clothing allowance & family discount
Cons – Lots of talk about promoting from within - didn't see it actually happen while I was there.
Store level not allowed to communicate with merchants
Advice to Senior Management – Please have more respect for store level employees.

Current Employee – been working at Tory Burch
Pros – It's a rapidly growing company, that offers growth (if you are willing to relocate).
They really listen to the opinions of their employees.
Cons – The compensation of employees is below average of what other retailers offer.
Advice to Senior Management – We hear so much about how Tory Burch has little debt, but the benefits of the employees at the store level are being cut. The company wants to go in the direction of luxury retail, but not giving their employees the tools of presenting themselves in that manner.
