    Creative, responsive and supportive

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsThe atmosphere when I was there was lively and positive. There were always new things to learn and the company encouraged that learning. Staff was motivated to explore industry challenges and find "best in class" examples to build on.

ConsAlthough there were not always enough people to effectively respond as nimbly to specific industry changes, the quality of the company responses were always exemplary.

Advice to Senior ManagementOverall, listening to the changes in industries and in customer requirements is paramount. Using that information to lead the sales community into a better trained future will have an enormous impact on the feet on the ground success.

Great training and excellent commission structure

    Account Executive (Current Employee)
    Raleigh, NC

ProsGreat place for a young sales professional to learn the ropes. It's definitely not for everyone.

    ConsLots of in-person cold calling

Advice to Senior ManagementMake sure the rest of the country adopts the model out of the Carolinas.

Disorganized, Roller-coaster of inconsistent direction and random outbursts

    Account Executive (Current Employee)
    Wilmington, MA

ProsIt' s a month to month plan. So, when there is a month when you have strong sales you will be applauded for your hard work and how incredible you did. Sometimes, they will even offer you tickets to a Red Sox game for hitting the monthly goal of $35k.

They reward winners and that's a positive.

    The dress-code doesn't require neck-ties.

ConsCompensation has three parts base salary + commission from equipment+ bonus commission ($250) kick back from an inconsistent third party company that's affiliated with Mastercard.

Extremely high turnover. 75% of commercial account executives people quit .

Now, they are hiring college age sales people that will receive less money.

Advice to Senior ManagementI don't believe they are willing to change.

The atmosphere was great, you wanted to come to work everyday and give it your all.

    Installation Support Specialist (Former Employee)
    Los Angeles, CA

ProsGreat co- workers and supportive boss.

ConsTrying to become a permenent employee.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive experienced individuals an opportunity for employment that may help the company move forward in future goals, instead of family and friends that do not qualify for many of the positions, but are hired because they are connected to the higher structure.

Decent starter job but no where to grow besides management

    Account Executive (Current Employee)
    Buffalo, NY

ProsGreat training program, decent amount of freedom, ability to do well if you make this your career

ConsVery overcrowded marketplace in a race to the bottom for pricing. Paperless is changing the industry which is causing growing pains. Sell, sell sell! Quota monster is always lurking, lots of paperwork and a lot of time in a CRM(Salesforce)

Advice to Senior ManagementThere is no unified company culture standardize the company and restart 401k Matching
