Prosthey give a fair conditons and professionally conditions to their operators and staff's...they give a fair benefits to regular workers..and its a very high qualified electronics company.

Consi just got only 6months contract & the only thing cannot cope is that,,,in my department we are obligued to do the overtime in our whole restday.

    TIC is an Outstanding Division

District Sales Manager (Former Employee) Kansas City, KS

ProsKey word is...WORK. Be able to consistently be a team player. Very easy to get along with management and other employees.

ConsAgain the key word is WORK. Anyone coming into the organization as a ..."slacker"... did not stay long.

Advice to Senior ManagementFollow your ..."Founder's"...roots.

Very Knowledgeable associates, great bosses, fantastic salary, the best places to work

Associate Director (Current Employee) Charlotte, NC

ProsThey try to keep their employees happy, they reward hard work, seemingly unlimited resources available for research, ample opportunities to rise in the company.

ConsA bit out of touch with consumers and the market, very large company and the components of the company don't always work well together.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet to know the consumer better. Usability should be the key when developing projects.

Really flexible and fun work environment

    Research Engineer (Former Employee)

ProsGreat collaboration with colleagues at international locations
    Great autonomy and flat organization
    Very flexible working hours
    Very interesting work

ConsPromotion was tricky due to the flat organization. After a 4 years it felt like the only avenue to continue progressing professional was leaving.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep doing the right things right: treating your employees with respect and as friends, listening at their opinions, and allowing them to follow their convictions. You should improve giving a clearer career path and more options to professionally grow.

This is nice company overall with friendly people

Designing Intern (Former Employee) Houston, TX

ProsToshiba is one of very few companies hire interns with no experience. They are willing to give you chances you prove yourself. Working environment is pretty comfortable.

ConsNot so challenging. Not too many opportunities to be promoted (according to others old employees)
