    Pros

The people were very approachable and it is like a big family. The job was rewarding and you would learn new programs that will help you at your job,

    Cons

The job might get quite routine and projects might be given to you at the last minute which can get a bit frustrating.

    Advice to Management

Continue doing a great job but sometimes can give more guidance to their employees in regards to projects and assignments.

    Pros

Great benefits, hours and compensation. Presidents club always goes somewhere amazing and the commission seems better than my competition.

    Cons

Lack of communication between head office and branches in terms of business development. No on boarding and limited training. No ongoing coaching and almost no support in terms of improving.

    Advice to Management

Don't blame lack of effort when you're not doing anything to help or offer support. There needs to be loyalty and a sense of community even if we're all over Canada.
