Pros – Company has some innovative solutions

Cons – Failure to train and effectively manage employees. No one seems to know what is going on.

Advice to Senior Management – Setup a training program, and bring in outside people to do it who have had success.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – Passionate group with a product that with strong leadership can regain its' best in class label. A strong CFO who keeps the organization running.

Cons – This company and technology have great potential. However, the CEO who founded the technology ahead of its' time has outlived his strengths and leadership ability. A company that is run like an "amateur" company driven by the CEOs wife and emotion.Employees are driven by fear rather than by their ability, creativity and passion. If not done, the company should consider moving back to France and staying in the niche it created in Europe.

Advice to Senior Management – More to the board, it is imperative to give direction for the company to grow up and run like a smart thinking company. The company has lost great talent of late, either by employees choice or by bad decisions from the CEO - if the company wants to progress, the CEO must be replaced.
