Current Employee – been working at Total Soft full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – - dynamic environment that allows you to learn a lot
- good salary package
Cons – - too much overtime
- not focused on quality of work
- the management doesn't always respect their agreements
Advice to Senior Management – Take a step back, and remember why you started everything in the first place. It's not all about profit, is it?

Pros – - A young but experienced team;
- Access to the latest technologies meaning always learning new thing;
- A growing company that offers many future perspectives;
- A wide range of projects that keeps things interesting;
- Lots of career opportunities.
Cons – So far, none to speak of.
Maybe the fact that it's right outside the city, but even so there is regular transportation to the premises.
Advice to Senior Management – None so far.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Cons – OVERTIME, BENEFITS, CRISIS MANAGEMENT, OVERLOAD
