Details
Pros
The work place is great, with multiple small private offices for 4-5 people, and there's also a garden. Very cozy place.
All the development department is situated in the same building
Cons
Nothing invested in professional development, no training whatsoever offered. Pretty boring after a while since it involves supporting and adding features to a convolute framework with lots of cluttering.
Advice to Senior Management
Improve the overall employee satisfaction and invest in employee training. Better developers make better software. Try to be more loyal to your employees
