    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Tower Group (New York) full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None. This is no workplace, this is prison! Think about it before taking any job here.

    Cons

All. Pay, job itself, nepotism, negativity, high stress, age and color discrimination, supervisors steal office items and blame it to the employees (current lawsuit in the NJ office against 2 supervisors)

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring any simple and incompetent clown for supervisors or manager position. Don't you understand that you need well qualified individuals to run a department and manage employees? You looked for failure and you are getting it in big letter FAILURE! Do yourselves a big favor when the merge is over and change your name completely. You are cursed for failure!
