Pros
Excellent benefits. Upper management cares about their employees and salary reviews are done yearly.
Cons
Rapid growth in the last two years have caused some problems in integrating new employees and offices.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue to be open with the employees and provide good benefits and salaries that match what is being paid in the community. .

The benefits are fairly decent.
Cons
The company is acquiring too many companies too fast, leaving too little time to effectively integrate before aquiring another company.
Advice to Senior Management
Don't treat your acquisition employees like second-class citizens.
