    Pros

You get paid every week, overtime is offered, and the starting rate off pay is above twelve dollars an hour.

    Cons

The hiring process is vigorous but other than that I can't think of any complaints.

    Pros

Global operations with numerous opportunities for advancement; collaborative culture with transparency across the organization; management values inputs

    Cons

Upper level reviews are closed off to lower level employees; salary disparity between senior leadership and lower level employees causes issues: plants have an "us vs. them" mentality with corporate

    Pros

Good pay/ benefits. Good people to work with. Floor supervisors usually okay. Just started up apprentice program again, was discontinued.

    Cons

Quantity is the end result. Too much overtime. Plant manager very condescending, always wants someone's head on a stick!

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the whole management team, clean house. Bring in people with leadership and ideas, not pointing a finger( fire or write up) when something is wrong. Be a part of the solution, not THE problem!

    Cons

Bad management, company unstable, internal promotions are done by the buddy system.

    Pros

Company preaches that they promote from within, if in fact they want said person (s) to be promoted. There are no promotions to have, and if they do come around they are given to some moron, from a totally different department with no background in said area they are being promoted to, that was seen walking and chewing gum at one time. Promotions are not based on ability or skill set, they are based on likability and how much work will persons manager not have to do because your going to do it for me?

    Cons

Butt kissers everywhere --- A small majority of people are great to work with, you learn pretty quick who the butt kissers are, then you learn who the sneaky butt kissers are...then you learn that when you think you can trust someone, there only in it for themselves and that there super sneaky butt kissers...you'll get thrown under the bus for doing the right thing or the wrong thing, as long as someone can put the blame on someone else, all is good.

    Advice to Management

You went bankrupt, it's understandable why. Your CEO is excellent and has a vision that has the ability to push the company forward but your so concerned with the IT side of the business that the customers, who pay your bills, are neglected from every aspect.

    Pros

Challenging as well as rewarding work. Modern equipment with skilled workers. The right tool for the job. The type of job that made me look forward to going to work.

    Cons

This division of Tower is no longer in business. They liquidated all the equipment and sold the building. They had a good thing going but a few wrong turns put them out of the running.
