    I worked at Tower International (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Training was great management was excellent. They help me with any and all questions and projects.

    I can not recall any issues and or problems with in this company

    Pros

    The day goes by very quickly. You're busy from the time you hit the door.

    Cons

    It is easy to put in 12-14 hour days to get work accomplished.

    I have been working at Tower International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    You get paid every week, overtime is offered, and the starting rate off pay is above twelve dollars an hour.

    Cons

    The hiring process is vigorous but other than that I can't think of any complaints.

    Upper level reviews are closed off to lower level employees; salary disparity between senior leadership and lower level employees causes issues: plants have an "us vs. them" mentality with corporate

    I worked at Tower International full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Good pay/ benefits. Good people to work with. Floor supervisors usually okay. Just started up apprentice program again, was discontinued.

    Cons

    Quantity is the end result. Too much overtime. Plant manager very condescending, always wants someone's head on a stick!

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of the whole management team, clean house. Bring in people with leadership and ideas, not pointing a finger( fire or write up) when something is wrong. Be a part of the solution, not THE problem!

    Promotions are available if you walk the walk and talk the talk. Very clickish

    Cons

    Bad management, company unstable, internal promotions are done by the buddy system.
