    Pros

Great views of Denver, nice location. Good snacks in the kitchen and fairly nice people to work with.

    Cons

Very dry, old, stodgy company who is so bogged down by over-doing their security measures, they prevent themselves from ever creating good software. You can't use any cloud based software, their VPN is a nightmare, their tech support is a joke and overall, their products stink, their developers are dinosaurs and there is no real feeling of company culture or comeraderie.

    Advice to Management

Learn to trust your employees, give them the benefit of the doubt and let them wear jeans, this isn't 1954. Also, don't throw them under the bus and stop it with that desk sharing junk, what a nightmare.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

If you love working in a call center, this is a great company.

    Cons

Too many new and inexperienced managers. I was told by my supervisor that I could have time off for a pre-exhisting commitment. When i returned to work, I was fired. Just make sure you get things in writing.

    Advice to Management

When yo tell an employee something, don't lie about it.

    Pros

You can work from home a couple days a week. Pay is not bad.

    Cons

Management has no concept of resource allocation. The amount of work you end up with is pretty random based on resource shifts and employee changes. You could be on one client, or three clients.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and their concerns because currently you don't.

    Pros

It is a global company that provides great growth opportunities. It encourages diversity in the workplace. It has a relatively flat structure and managers are approachable. There is also a very team-work oriented environment.

    Cons

Since it has numerous offices nation-wide in the US, sometimes you never get to meet your internal clients and colleagues face to face. Work-life balance can improve.

    Advice to Management

Keep the good work! Should consider implementing strategies that improve the work-life balance of associates. Improve social-responsibility strategies.
