Openness of decision-making make every employee feel the part of the company. It increases confidence in management, peers and cross-functional team members. The company also feels for the work-life balance of empolyees which sometimes causes difficulties in fulfilling committments.

Cons

The company does not follow industry-standard best parctices. Instead it is of ad-hoc nature. Even though the company succeeds in most of its ventures, but it puts a lot of pressure on execuives even to do routine jobs.

Always follow well-proven methodology, train employees to learn and follow disciplined processes and failure should not deter the company to pursuit doggedly the best practices.
