    Pros

Overall, the IT department is small allowing for a great variety of work. Never a dull moment

    Cons

It's local government which makes most positions only 4 or 5 removed from elected officials; this can make for very awkward budge processes, project planning, etc. Far too much change with no real continuity.

    Advice to Management

Recognize that true talent isn't just who plays politics well. But rather, provides the level of value and integrity for public service. Not just to elected politicians.

    Pros

I worked in the children, youth and adult programming area and it was an easy, relaxed job. I was able to balance my schoolwork with the few demands with the jobs, and could pick up additional shifts. It was easy to rearrange shifts as well when necessary.

    Cons

Things seemed to be somewhat disorganized with finances, and I had to contact people to make sure that I was being compensated appropriately.

    Advice to Management

Better organization for shift workers - we often didn't know anyone beyond our direct supervisor.

    Pros

they offer flexible schedules that can fit your school life. Great opportunity for someone who does not have any experience

    Cons

Their water is cold and for shifts that you have to work for 5 hours, it can affect you. Not only that but they are relatively strict of you staying in the water even for older classes where physical manipulation is not required.

    Advice to Management

If an instructor is sick do not force them to work
