Current Employee – been working at Towne Park full-time for more than a year
Pros – - Some flexibility to make your own schedule.
- Get to learn many aspects of running a business
- There's bonus potential (depending on your site)
Cons – - Use of personal cell phone for work.
- Calls happen often in the middle of the night, and need to be dealt with.
- Work load is too much for the compensation.
- Often required to help at other sites to the benefit of those managers... getting nothing in return.
- Long hours are considered a virtue in this company.
- There's not much respect for work/life balance.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop treating others like their work is somehow easier, or inferior to yours. You may very well have a harder job, but that's what you've signed up for. Get rid of the "good-ol'-boys" mentality that seems to be permeating every aspect of this job.

Current Employee – been working at Towne Park part-time for less than a year
Pros – ability to climb the corporate latter and develop a career is clearly recognized and encouraged
Cons – the uniforms at the hotel sites are awful, pay system is messed up entirely too much. Employees are put on prepaid card programs when they sign up for direct deposit. Tax forms are also entered wrong.

Former Employee – worked at Towne Park full-time for more than a year
Pros – Flexible hours, quick cash, good for students who need part time work. Good work/life balance. You won't have to 'Take your work home'.
Cons – Generally incompetent, moronic management. Very poor hourly pay
Advice to Senior Management – Give the account managers an IQ test and tell them they are parking cars backwards, not saving the world. Pay more so you can actually retain competent employees. Get rid of the stupid acronyms and taglines.

Former Employee – worked at Towne Park part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Very flexible hours. Good tips but is highly contingent on what location you work at. You will deal with different types of vehicles and customers on a daily basis.
Cons – Very hard to move up within the company. Most people in management are cutthroat and willing do to whatever it takes to keep people they are threatened by out of management. It's really only a good job if you are in college and just looking to make some cash part time.
Advice to Senior Management – Better structure on how your contract managers are hired and retained. Also you need to pay your valets more to offset the lack of tips at many of your locations.

Cons – Can be very stressful and demanding at times. Instant gratification is not always there.
Advice to Senior Management – More appreciation is needed for the work the employees give on a daily basis.

Former Employee – worked at Towne Park part-time for more than a year
Pros – Very flexible scheduling and the money could be good depending on where you worked. For example get in at a hotel, where they tip more, but if its at a hospital it will be slim to none.
Cons – Dealing with very rude people daily is the biggest downfall of this job. People are not at all appreciative of what you do for them.
Advice to Senior Management – An hourly pay raise would help get more qualified employees.

Current Employee – been working at Towne Park
Pros – Good guys to work with who, in general, work hard.
Cons – The senior management is deaf to valet needs, in terms of pay, benefits, uniforms, and protective sunglasses.
Advice to Senior Management – Spend more time talking to valets about what they genuinely like and dislike about working for Towne Park.
