    Pros

you have flexibility with your hours. Depends on how the business is doing at the moment.

    Cons

The wage is kind of sucky but depending on the location you work for the tips should not be bad.

    Advice to Management

try to take turnovers around by caring more for your people. They are the heart of the customer service

I worked at Towne Park part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some months tips were good. Relaxed work environment when there a good manager.

    Cons

Misrepresentation of company and potential during hiring. "Old boys club" top management...the rest disposable. Low class management morals, low ethics. Management keen on not helping employees. Almost looks like upper management like the high turnover, keeps fresh meat rolling in - frustrated broke employees flowing out.

    Advice to Management

Be respectful. Believe in your employees. Do not misrepresent earning potential during hiring.

    Cons

A lot of running, angry customers, hot cars, Night shifts from 3-11 dont actually end at 11 they end when all the cars are gone. World Center Marriot is not the best

I have been working at Towne Park part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

People are awesome, being at work is often like hanging out with friends, but that does depend on the site. If you get a lot of younger people or people doing part time work while in school, you'll like your co-workers. If you have a busy site, the work will be fast paced and you'll sweat a little, but you'll make good tips. If you're at a slow site, you'll be bored at least some of the time, and the tips can be pretty bad. The work is never challenging though, it's always straightforward and although there are company regulations, they're loosely enforced. Hours are very flexible and you tell them when you're available to work. Scheduling is relatively easy and hassle free. Management is definitely hit or miss, depending on the site.

    Cons

Pay is bad. Plain and simple. Minimum wage with no opportunity for a raise unless you're willing to take on more responsibility, and even then it's $1/hour more. Towne Park will say you can make the rest up in tips, but that absolutely depends on what site you're working at. Sometimes you will make up to $20/hour when you factor in tips, but sometimes you're right around the minimum wage with under $10 in tips for the whole shift. Management is hit or miss, you might get a manager who is rarely there, or you might get a micromanager. Minimum wage job means you'll run into some classic minimum wage employees, and that can be sort of a drag. If you're at a site with a lot of washed up middle aged people, you won't enjoy your job.

    Advice to Management

Pay people a little more than minimum wage, or at least offer small raises based on years of service. If people who have been working for you for 5 years are still at minimum wage, that's a problem. Towne Park says they guarantee the very best people. What they mean is the best people who will work for minimum wage.

    Pros

Excellent opportunity to be creative and expand service lines.

    Cons

Change in Sr. leadership is still unproven at this time.

    Advice to Management

The field has more to offer than you currently believe or act upon.

I have been working at Towne Park full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexibility, Pay ( when you get past the valet position) job opportunities all over the state, excellent business experience and training, perfect for school or future career. Overall a great company! But you cant go into this company focusing on the what is happening right when you start, bad pay, running all the time, don't have actual benefits, you will not last long. but if you go into this company with the big picture in mind, (jobs get soooo much better) the possibilities are endless.

    Cons

Raises come with advancement, if there are no advancement opportunities you wont get a raise.
