    Pros

This was a great experience for me. The management is great and the university itself is extremely rewarding. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

    Cons

Some of the downsides of Towson include its lack of structure. There is no real chain of command. A lot of tasks and criticism are lost in this chain.

    Pros

Most of the university's employees are committed to the goal of providing a quality, cost-effective education to students. The pay is good, as are the benefits, which includes tuition remission, health care, paid time off, sick leave, etc.

    Cons

Due to illnesses, there has been turnover at the highest levels of administration.

Great place to work. Allows flexibility with curriculum. Friendly and helpful staff. Ability to teach and do research

    Cons

    Pros

Most employees were a pleasure to work with. Also, working with perspective students was a fulfilling part of the admissions process.

    Cons

Management was a mess. No communication, and certain employees should have been fired a long time ago for their lack of work, which only resulted in headaches for the rest of the department.

    Advice to Management

Reconsider who is working in the office, be more open and communicative with all of your employees.

    Pros

Towson really works with their students to provide job opportunities while attending school. Being a Student Ambassador really gave me an inside look at the university while also pursuing my degree. The hours are really flexible, and the staff and management are awesome people to work with!

    Cons

Sometimes it is hard to get enough hours to make a decent salary, but then again we are all students taking classes.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! Continue listening to your staff as they aren't far removed from the position of our target clients.
