    Pros

Toyoda-Gosei is a very stable and secure company. Bonuses are paid out regularly, and there are flexible work hours.

    Cons

There is little room for advancement until you have been there for decades, and even when you do get promoted, you will always have a "coordinator" overseeing your work. The stability creates a situation in which poor performers stick around for a very long time, and strong performers get frustrated and leave, creating a diluted pool of talent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let TGNA run as a North American company, by trying to retain North American talent.

    Pros

Great, friendly hardworking factory employees. Always willing to go that extra mile to help each other out. Location close to major cities... minimal benefits but benefits at all is considered a benefit I guess.

    Cons

Serious office politics going on at this place, not very productive working environment. Left crying on multiple occasions. Shipments were missed people would get yelled at for no apparent reason. Did not enjoy my time here one bit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Total cleanup of management required.

    Pros

cant think of anything nice to say

    Cons

plenty, supervisors suck up to the managers, they don't do any work, none of them are any good,2 faced to say the least. How they get these jobs beggar belief. Also they need to be given the correct size uniforms, as those they have do not fit.
