Be The First To
100% of the CEO
Pros – Big focus in the kaizen process
Cons – At this moment the market is not favorable, so the business isn't good.
Advice to Senior Management – There are good things to make benchmarking
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – good benefits, good experience working with a variety of people of varying experiences and capabilities
Cons – low compensation for the area, long hours may be required, limited upward mobility, a lot of turn around due to lack of respect for management and therefore a lot of inexperience in the dept., poor management
Advice to Senior Management – listen to what your employees have to say, take actions on their comments, respect their opinions
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
Pros – Stability and growth if you want to work in the auto industry. Others are cutting back but Toyota is not. You really have to try hard to get fired from Toyota.
Cons – Culture and language barriers. Toyota is looking to cut costs and west coast employee raises are below the inflation rate so annual income drops every year. In Michigan, there are opportunities to grow but on the west coast, the company is stagnating with the possibility that all CA and AZ jobs will move to MI in the future.
Advice to Senior Management – Heed the dissatisfaction of the work force. When your annual raise is less than inflation, the workforce tends to look for money elsewhere and that is at other firms. Unless they treat technical staff like the professionals that they are rather then like assembly line workers, they will take their institutional knowledge and leave.
Pros – No 1 company in japan, good slary if you can work until 60
Cons – salary is not high, big company atomosopher
