    Pros

    Secure job, competitve salary.

    Cons

    * It's a slow moving behemoth with an opaque performance management system.
    * People with start-up speed and ambition, look west.
    * Pyramid is fat with less chance of a fitness routine in the foreseeable future.
    * Its an Indianised Toyota way which leaves you with a Piquant after taste.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look deep to level the talent density. Motivate and encourage the best with a realistic progress plan.

    Pros

People management is a very key thing of TKM. Quality promise is just not in words but concentrated in each and every part of production.

    Cons

Asi had to experience the training with the local labours the regional language was my prime difficulty. Room for innovation is very narrow as TKM has many stages of approval and it takes months together.
