    Pros

Great company to start your career at and learn the "Toyota Way."

    Cons

Not a lot of exposure to upper management because of the size of the company.

    Pros

    - Steady pay.
    - Low cost benefits.

    Cons

    - Zero career development or growth.
    - Management too concerned with catering to Japan to support their own employees.
    - Glorified contract house.
    - Promotions. assignments, etc based only on years with the company despite the dribble HR states.
    - Only way the move up is to say "Yes" to everything and be a good little mindless worker drone.
    - Horrific work life balance, but this depends on group as some are not too bad and others are horrendous.
    - Employees who do the minimum are rewarded the most in the end because those that go above and beyond see no additional bonus or recognition.

    Advice to Management

Even if this is essentially a contract house for TMC, actually fight back with them and support your employees. Find a way to actually recognize the good employees that have actual skills vs Toyota lifers who just come to get a pay check and don't care about what they make or their customer.
