Pros
If you like the auto business, Toyota Motor Sales can be a great place to work. Working in the field is dynamic.
Cons
It can be frustrating to see the lack of motivation and respect for the company from other employees. Many see working for TMS as more secure than a government job, and treat it as such.
Advice to Senior Management
Work on improving motivation throughout Toyota Motor Sales at all levels, also promote creative and motivated individuals through results and not tenure.
