Cons – Long hours, sometimes dealing with the office is incredibly frustrating, occasionally the amount you deserve to make for your work doesn't match the pay plan signed at the time you were hired. Often tension in regards to compensation.

Cons – Sometimes in the auto sales industry one must work his or her day off, which is usually the only day off one has.
Advice to Senior Management – Train your sales staff for real life sales situations, not just the training class consisting of the history of the automotive industry with no sales techniques.
