Pros
Great company, good long term security. Highly motivated peers, continuous improvement is a way of life. Be prepared for long hours and hard work, but reward is fulfillment and opportunities.
Cons
Long hours, OK pay, not going to get rich here. Must be OK w/ Japanese culture and production demands in every project.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep focus on customers...which includes employees throughout. More learning and opportunities for career relocation are good for those who want to flourish.
